Your Heart, Your Life: A Lay Health Educator's Program


The Your Heart, Your Life program for lay health educators can help them learn about heart health and how to teach others. The program includes two Web-based training courses that will help educators acquire the knowledge, skills, and motivating factors to help them take action against heart disease.
It will also help them develop skills for leading sessions about heart health in their community.

This program is also available in Spanish.
