Pediatric Symptom Checklist 04/29/09

The Pediatric Symptom Checklist is a psychosocial screening tool for use by health care professionals to help recognize cognitive, emotional, and behavioral problems in children. Early detection of possible problems will aide professionals and parents in identifying appropriate interventions.

Two versions are available:

Time and Motion Database 02/19/09

This database for health care providers accurately captures time and motion data to evaluate whether and to what extent health information technology applications—including computerized provider order entry, electronic prescribing, and electronic health records—help physicians and clinicians perform routine tasks faster.

The site also includes a user’s guide for the tool.

Microsoft ® Access 2000 or 2003 is required to run the database.

Oral Health Exam 02/19/09
