Family-centered rounds encourage patient and family learning and involvement in health care decisionmaking. The toolkit includes an FCR checklist, associated curriculums for clinicians and staff, and forms for monitoring and troubleshooting implementation and maintenance of the checklist to support best practices for FCR.
