The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Wellness Initiative aims to inspire individuals to improve one physical health behavior while exploring their talents, skills, interests, social connections, and environment to incorporate other dimensions of wellness. The tools on the site include free downloadable posters, fact sheets, brochures, and slide presentations that highlight the eight dimensions of wellness and provide information to consumers and providers on the importance and maintenance of wellness.
