Description

The Picture Sticker Book was developed to help people in developmental centers tell helpers and advisers what they want for their life in the community, and while still living at a developmental center. The book is a companion to the guides “Making My Own Choices” and “Satisfaction Guide.” It is designed to help people with developmental disabilities participate in decisions and communicate about how and where they spend their time and with whom they spend it. The book contains pictures related to the following areas:

  • Home
  • Friends, family, and staff
  • Fun
  • Community
  • Work
  • Health and safety
