Description

The Pediatric Symptom Checklist is a psychosocial screening tool for use by health care professionals to help recognize cognitive, emotional, and behavioral problems in children. Early detection of possible problems will aide professionals and parents in identifying appropriate interventions.

Two versions are available:
  • Parent-completed version (PSC)
  • Youth self-report (Y-PSC)
