This graphical Web-based training tool on occupational safety and health topics is designed to assist employers and employees in identifying and controlling the hazards associated with nursing homes and residential care facilities. lt can help employers in developing and implementing engineering and work practice controls which comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements and could be incorporated into a facility’s safety and health plan to reduce the hazards of nursing home work and improve worker safety.
