This guide presents the following information:

  • My health care visit (page for the health care provider to complete with information about body mass index, recommendations, and other fitness information)
  • Setting my goals (sample goals and space to create personal goals, with the health care provider or on one’s own)
  • What I should know (information about physical activity and ideas to help women reach their goals)
  • Hints for reaching my goals (more ideas to help women meet their goals)
