My Own Network, powered by AHRQ (MONAHRQ), is a free software product that enables organizations—such as State and local data organizations, chartered value exchanges, hospital systems, and health plans—to input their own hospital administrative data and generate a data-driven Web site. MONAHRQ software analyzes, summarizes, and presents information in a format ready for use by consumers and other decisionmakers on:

  • Quality of care at the hospital level.
  • Health care utilization at the hospital level.
  • Preventable hospitalizations at the county level.
  • Rates of conditions and procedures at the county level.

Organizations can import and report their own externally calculated AHRQ Quality Indicators (AHRQ QI) measure results. The program allows host users and the ability to report additional hospital quality measures from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Hospital Compare. The Web site generated by MONAHRQ is an interactive querying site that users can navigate to learn about health care in their area.
