The guide is a synthesis of practical experience and evidence-based strategies to help SME providers achieve sustainability. It explores issues in 10 key planning areas: revenue, marketing, referral networking, competition, service operations, evaluation, organizational support, community support, advocacy, and resource linkages. SME providers can use the toolkit to develop a written plan to clearly communicate prioritized strategies for sustaining its SME efforts.
