Community Resource Inventory Tool

Description

This tool can help add value to a naturally occurring retirement community (NORC) program. A NORC is a community that was not originally built for seniors, but is now home to a significant proportion of older residents. It is an innovative model that coordinates a broad range of social and health care services to support the senior residents of a NORC. Using this worksheet, social service and health care providers can regularly inventory the community’s resources and identify untapped ones to help contribute to the program’s success.
