2014 National Healthcare Quality & Disparities Report Chartbooks

Description

These chartbooks support the National Healthcare Quality and Disparities Report (QDR). Each year since 2003, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality has produced the National Healthcare Quality Report and the National Healthcare Disparities Report. The 2014 report tracks over 250 health care measures covering a variety of conditions and settings. Information on individual measures is available through these chartbooks.
