Let's Move! Toolkit for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Organizations

Let’s Move! addresses the epidemic of childhood obesity through a comprehensive approach that engages every sector impacting the health of children and provides schools, families, and communities simple tools to help kids be more active, eat better, and get healthy. This toolkit is designed to help faith-based and neighborhood organizations transform neighborhoods, engage communities, and promote healthy choices.

The toolkit provides concrete action steps that an organization can take for each of the four pillars of Let’s Move! The four pillars are:

  1. Healthy choices
  2. Healthy schools
  3. Physical activity
  4. Affordable and accessible food
There are a variety of activities and resources provided in this toolkit. Users are urged to consider which strategies match up with resources and interests in their community.
