This tool presents the recommended immunization schedules for persons age 0-18 years and the catch-up immunization schedule, as approved by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Changes from the previous schedule are identified.

- Recommended immunization schedule for persons age 7-18 years
- Catch-up immunization schedule for persons age 4 months-18 years who start late or who are more than 1 month behind
