Fit Together is a statewide campaign in North Carolina designed to raise awareness about the dangers of unhealthy weight and to equip individuals, families, and communities with the tools needed to get healthier. This section of the Fit Together Web site provides toolkits that can be adapted by any State to help make healthy changes in their communities. These toolkits contain facts, plans, and goals for various settings such as schools, workplaces, neighborhoods, and health care settings.
