The Outpatient Health Care Usability Profile ("OHCUP") is a self-administered tool for clinic directors and managers that measures the usability of their facility for people with disabilities. It takes about 30 minutes to complete and is a concise tool that clinic staff and others will be able to use to identify and remove barriers and improve access to health care services. It does not require any special equipment except a tape measure and a level.
