Immunizations Toolkit


This toolkit was developed to increase immunization rates among nursing home residents and staff. It offers specific information and education on the benefits of influenza (flu) and pneumonia immunization, as well as sample guidelines and tools needed to run an effective and sustainable resident and staff immunization program.
